Pranav's first assignment was at the age of 13! He was a librarian at a local library. Since then, experimenting life started and it has continued to date. He had to leave home as he found limited opportunities in the village he lived in. Despite all the odds, he completed double post-graduation; first as a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (scholarship student at the Manchester Met University, UK) & second as a Master of Business Administration in Marketing. He was honoured with the Management Mentor award by Chartered Management Institute, London. He always wanted to be an opportunity creator & hence tried entrepreneurship but failed. Took up a job, gained hands-on experience and built a successful track record in the field of recruitment, training and sales. He contributed to different organisations, closely worked with CEOs and achieved the desired results. He now holds 10+ years of experience. Thoughts of building something of his own did not let him sleep peacefully. Hence, one fine day, he resigned from a good-paying job and established AideWiser SolTek, A recruitment tech startup. With bootstrapping, he grew from one to the team of 15.

Syed Maqbool Ahmed is working as a Head, Principal Scientific Officer, Central Instruments Laboratory University of Hyderabad – INDIA. He had experience in NASA-JPL (1994-96), INDIA- ISRO (2004-09), Federal University (2009- till date) also as an R&D Researcher (12-years), Payload Scientist (5y), Research facility head (13y). His Areas of interests are, Aerospace and related fields: Lunar, Planetary Research & Atmospheric Sciences. Trained as a VUV spectroscopist (Ph.D. 1990); started career in the field of Laboratory astrophysics; later moved to Plasma diagnostics (1992). In the recent past again switched over to Space-borne Instrumentation (2005) with a 4-year stint at ISRO's Vikram Sarabhai Space Center. Had 2-years stint with NASA - JPL and 1- year sabbatical at Swiss Federal Lab (EPFL) His achievements are: Discovery of water on the Moon, e-Letter & Adjunct Faculty, IIT-Bhuvaneswar, India, (2013) Member, Scientific Adv. Tarik A. Rashid received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Informatics degree from College of Engineering, Mathematical and Physical Sciences, University College Dublin (UCD) in 2001-2006. He pursued his Post-Doctoral Fellow at UCD from 2006-2007. He has been included in the prestigious Stanford University list with 2.7% of the best world researchers for the year 2020. Tarik is on the list of top 10 researchers in the Al-Ayen Iraqi Researchers Ranking (2022). He was served as a Dean, the College of Business and Management Studies in SABIS University from Jul 2009 - Apr 2010. As the Dean of the College he provided leadership and vision to the College’s administration, academic programs, curriculum development, and faculty and staff development. Also He was a Professor at Software and Informatics Engineering, College of Engineering, Salahaddin University- Erbil, Kurdistan Professor from April 2010 to Dec 2021. Currently, he is working as a Professor in Computer Science and Engineering, University of Kurdistan Hewler, Hewler, KRG, Iraq. His search work spans in three areas are Development of Machine Learning (Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks, Multi-Context Recurrent Neural Networks, Auto Regression-Multi-Context Recurrent Neural Networks, Kohonon Network, Radial Basis Function, Support Vector Machines, and Ensemble Networks, Learning Algorithms Supervised and non-Supervised algorithms, Back Propagation Learning Algorithms, Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, Back Propagation Through Time, Real-Time Learning Algorithms) to deal with time series applications.
